ゆきわり荘での共同生活が快適なものとなるよう,下記の規則についてご協力をお願いします.
の規則及びのルールに反する行為については, オーナーより警告があり,
をしていただく場合もあります.
シェアハウスゆきわり荘規則
家賃について
別紙ゆきわり荘賃貸契約に基づいてお支払いください.
短期滞在等については別途相談としますが,基本的には日額￥2,000です.該当月5日を過ぎる家賃滞納については,オーナーより警告があります.
防災について
ゆきわり荘内は全館禁煙です. 共用･個人スペース, どちらにおいても,
禁煙を守ってください. 館内での喫煙に対しては,
即退去を適応する場合がありますのでご注意ください. また,
庭など敷地内での喫煙については, 灯油タンクの近くを避け,
火災に気を付けてください. その場合,
吸い殻は敷地内にある吸い殻入れを利用してください.
防犯について
ゆきわりハウスおよびアパートの玄関は,各自責任をもって施錠してください.
また, 自転車の施錠も徹底してください.
個人スペースについて
ゆきわり荘は完全個室制です.
- 各自が責任をもって自分の部屋の清掃をしてください.
- 各部屋のドアや壁にセロハンテープやガムテープを貼ることはご遠慮ください.
- インターネット接続は,
ルーターを介した無線接続に限定します.直接LANケーブルを各自の部屋にひいて有線接続をすることはご遠慮下さい.
共用スペースについて
キッチン, リビングルーム, トイレ, シャワー室,
洗面所などの共有スペースは,
清潔に使用し整理整頓を心がけてください.
共用スペースに置く私物には部屋番号またはアルファベットを記すようお願いします.
訪問者について
ゆきわり荘は,男性専用施設のため,
家族以外の女性の立ち入りはご遠慮下さい.
また,居住者が不在の折の施設への立ち入り,滞在はご遠慮下さい.
宿泊を伴う場合はオーナーへご連絡ください.
また,大人数での立ち入りは事前にご相談ください.
騒音について
ゲームや音楽などの音量が大きい場合は,
ヘッドホンを使用して下さることをお願いします. 特に22時以降は,
他の入居者や近隣とのトラブルにならないように, 楽器の演奏,
オンラインゲームのチャット, 大声での会話等はご遠慮下さい.
また, 時間を問わず, 館内での麻雀は禁止です.
転出と契約更新について
原則として年度途中の解約はご遠慮ください.
やむをえず年度途中で転出する場合は,
遅くとも1ヶ月前にはオーナーに申し出てください. 通常は,
毎年9月末にオーナーが入居者に直接翌年度について契約更新を希望するか確認します.
その他の更新手続きは特に必要ありません. 転出時には, 各部屋の清掃後,
オーナーに連絡し立会いを済ませて, 鍵を返却してください.
快適な共同生活の実現のために
公共料金について
ゆきわり荘の公共料金は以下の支出を対象とします:
- 町会費
- 共用部分の電気･上下水道･ガス･灯油･インターネットの代金.
※ゆきわりハウスの公共料金は, 更に,
個人の部屋の電気･灯油代も含みます.
- 共用スペース用のハンドソープ, トイレットペーパー, 洗濯･掃除用洗剤,
電球･蛍光灯などの消耗品.
共用スペースの清掃及びゴミ出し
原則として毎週火曜日と金曜日に,
オーナーが共用スペースの清掃及びゴミ出しをします.ゴミの分別については,各自以下のルールに従ってください:
- ゆきわりアパート及びハウスのキッチンにあるゴミ箱に分別ルールを守って出してください.
- プラスチック類は,汚れていないもののみを集めますので,食べ残しが入っている容器などは,可燃ゴミに入れてください.
- ペットボトルは中身を空にして,ラベルとキャップを外して,つぶさずに出してください.ラベルとキャップは,プラスチックごみになります.
- アルミ缶,スチール缶は中身を空にして,つぶさずに出してください.
- その他分別方法が分からないものについてはオーナーにお尋ねください.
トイレの利用に関してのお願い
使用後は常にレバーを(大)の方向に向けて流してください.
(小)で流すと詰まりやすいためです.
トイレが詰まりかけた場合は,直ちに使用をやめて,
オーナーまでお知らせください.
自転車について
ゆきわり荘の自転車を希望者にお貸しできる場合があります. その場合,
使用期間中のパンク･故障等の修理は各自の責任で行って下さい.
貸出時と同じ状態でお返しください.
冬期の共用スペースのストーブの利用に関して
前述のとおり共用部分の暖房費は公共料金に含まれていますが,
限度額を超過した場合は年度途中でも公共料金の値上げが実施される場合があります.

To ensure that communal living at Yukiwari-sou is comfortable,
please cooperate with the rules below. For actions that violate these
rules or the guidelines outlined later, the owner will issue a
warning, and you may be asked to vacate if violations occur
repeatedly.

Rules
About Rent
Please pay according to the separate Yukiwari-sou Rental
Agreement. Short-term stays, etc., will be discussed
separately, but the basic daily rate is ¥2,000. If rent payment is
overdue beyond the 5th of the month, the owner will issue a
warning.
Fire Safety
Smoking is prohibited throughout Yukiwari-sou. Whether in shared or
private spaces, please observe the no-smoking rule. Smoking
inside the building may result in immediate eviction, so please be
aware. When smoking outdoors on the premises, avoid areas
near the kerosene tank and be mindful of fire hazards. Use the
designated ashtrays located on the premises.
Crime Prevention
Please take personal responsibility for locking the entrances of
Yukiwari House and the apartment. Also, lock your bicycle securely (in
the past, there have been thefts at Yukiwari-sou, so please cooperate
in crime prevention).
Private Spaces
Yukiwari-sou offers fully private rooms.
- Keep your own room clean.
- Please refrain from attaching cellophane or packing tape to doors
or walls.
- Internet connections are limited to wireless access via the
router. Direct wired LAN connections to individual rooms are not
permitted.
Shared Spaces
Keep shared areas such as the kitchen, living room, toilets, shower
rooms, and washrooms clean, and make an effort to keep them
tidy. Please label personal belongings left in shared
spaces with your room number or letter.
Visitors
Yukiwari-sou is a male-only facility, so entry by women
other than family members is not permitted. Entry or stay
while a resident is absent is also prohibited. If visitors will stay
overnight, please contact the owner. For large gatherings, please
consult the owner in advance (as residents’ daily lives take priority,
permission may not be granted).
Noise
If games or music are loud, please use headphones. Especially after
10 p.m., to avoid trouble with other residents or neighbours,
please refrain from playing instruments, chatting in online
games, or speaking loudly. Mahjong is prohibited indoors at
all times.
Moving Out and Contract
Renewal
As a rule, please avoid cancelling your contract mid-year. If you
must move out mid-year, notify the owner at least one month in
advance. Normally, at the end of September each year, the owner will
directly confirm with residents whether they wish to renew for the
following year. No other renewal procedures are necessary. Upon moving
out, clean your room, contact the owner for an inspection, and return
the key.
For a Comfortable Communal
Life
Utilities
Utilities at Yukiwari-sou cover the following expenses:
- Neighbourhood association fee (in accordance with Asahimachi Town
Association rules, all residents pay a monthly fee of ¥300 and are
registered with the association — included in the utility fees. Waste
disposal rules must follow those of Matsumoto City and the town
association).
- Electricity, water, gas, kerosene, and internet costs for shared
spaces. In Yukiwari House, utilities also include electricity and
kerosene for private rooms.
- Consumables for shared spaces such as hand soap, toilet paper,
laundry and cleaning detergents, lightbulbs, and fluorescent
lamps.
Cleaning and
Waste Disposal in Shared Spaces
In principle, the owner will clean shared spaces and take out the
rubbish every Tuesday and Friday. Please follow these
rules for waste separation:
- Dispose of rubbish in the kitchen bins of Yukiwari Apartment and
House, following the separation rules.
- Only collect plastics that are clean; containers with leftover
food should go into burnable waste.
- Empty PET bottles, remove the label and cap, and place them
uncrushed in the designated bin. Labels and caps go into the plastic
waste bin.
- Empty aluminium and steel cans before disposal, and do not crush
them.
- If unsure about how to separate an item, ask the owner.
Toilet Use
Always flush in the large (大) direction after use
(small (小) flushes tend to clog). If the toilet
seems to be clogging, stop using it immediately and notify the
owner.
Bicycles
Yukiwari-sou may be able to lend bicycles to residents upon
request. During the loan period, repairs for punctures or breakdowns
are the user’s responsibility. Please return the bicycle in the same
condition it was lent.
Use of Heaters
in Shared Spaces During Winter
As mentioned above, heating costs for shared spaces are included in
utilities. However, if costs exceed a certain limit, utility fees may
be increased mid-year.
